I have both 1 and 2 bedroom units. The apartments vary in price ranging from $725.00 to $895.00, according to the size and/or unique qualities of each apartment. For example, some have stained glass and others have 20 foot ceilings.

Location: The main boulevard leading into the University of Nebraska is one-half block to the east of the building. We are close to the State Capital, UNL, downtown, Haymarket, and the Telegraph District, which has a grocery store, coffee shop, and other convenience shops.
